Monsoon (Rainy Condition) weather is to everything rejuvenate in the living on the world planet. Monsoon is most lively season that makes you feel that beauty and body tips can forget some time . In Monsoon season your body skin want more carefulness. you also should careful about eating food which you eat and the water you drink. In monsoon few common problem of diseases of this season are mostly problem about cough of children, poor digestion, coldness, jaundice, typhoid, flu and dysentery. Also you find problem about skin related  such as abscess, prickly heat and eczema are also very common find in men, women and children during wet and rainy days

Skin :-

Men,women and children Skin becomes dehydrated during the monsoon period which is so you must moisturize your body regularly. You also need to be more careful about cleaning your body skin without stripping it of its natural weather. This cleaning make  trace of dust and dirt from your body skin.Wash hands with best soap and disinfected water before eating any thing or handling food



Clothes :-

To prevent fungal infection you should wear cotton clothes and very loose clothes in rainy days. Also use talcum powder for preventing body from anti-fungal infection.
In Monsoon Season avoid wearing clothes like tite jeans which was not dry immeditely so wear cotton clothes most of the times that way your skin make season friendly. Those people who having problem of diabetes needs extra care for his foot in rainy days so please do not walk bear footed and avoid wearing wet shoes. 

Safety :-

Standing water after floods of drop is a breeding place for mosquitoes insects. so drain all standing water and empty water near your house outdoor items like old tires, cans and flower pot.These way you protect your self with an appropriate insect repellent.In Monsoon Malaria and jaundice disease are very common due to stagnant water and contaminated food. Use only mosquito repellents, creams if you living in mosquito prone areas or places with near lots of water. 

Exercise :- 

Doing Exercise is a very important part of your monsoon condition care regime and it's very essential to look at extra option to regulate the exercise to became an active, healthy and fit during this days. There are many exercise option you can try if you are comfortable working indoors place.


Diet :-

Wash all vegetables, fruits thoroughly, particularly leafy vegetables and cauliflower, which not  containing larvae and worms, but also collect dust and dirt from the streets.

Use Garlic, pepper, ginger, hing, jeera powder, turmeric and coriander help enhance digestion and improve immunity in rainy weather.
